Before joining the team, she worked with Amanda Reed Weddings and Kate & Co., where she honed her skills in executing beautifully detailed events. Her eye for the little things—yes, even down to the perfect napkin fold—ensures that no detail is ever overlooked.
What couples love most about Megan is her heart for people. She has a natural gift for getting to know each couple and their families, making sure their personalities shine through in every moment of the celebration.
When she’s not bringing wedding dreams to life, Megan works at a veterinary clinic, where her caring and thoughtful nature extends to her four-legged friends. Since 2016, she’s been bringing her love of organization and eye for detail to weddings and events. With a degree in Hospitality Administration and a background in Event Management, she launched her career at The Walt Disney Company before returning to Northwest Arkansas in 2020—just in time to help couples navigate a whirlwind season of wedding reschedules.
She thrives on creating smooth, stress-free celebrations so couples can soak up every moment. Her favorite part of a wedding? That magical walk back down the aisle after the vows, when the nerves disappear and pure joy takes over. She loves a bold pop of color in the florals and treasures getting to know each couple like family.
When she’s not planning weddings, she serves as the Director of Marketing and Events at Havenwood, a Bentonville nonprofit that empowers single moms—a role that perfectly reflects her passion for service and community.
